Applications :
A flexible platform, idela for multiple applications including single particle analysis (SPA), cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) or micro-electron diffraction (MicroED). Cryo-microscopy with near-atomic resolution. Large area data acquisition without image distortion, structural characterization of micro- and nanocrystals.
Single particle analysis : structural determination of near-atomic resolution, samples can be studied directly in solution withtout the need for crystallisation.
Micro-electron diffraction (microED) : High resolution fast imagery with near atomic details extracted from individual nanocrystals smaller than 200 nm, even in a heterogeneous mixture.
With the Selectris energy filter and E-CFEG gun, we minimize impact of environmental factors and maximise system stability. E-CFEG gun allows a low energy spread, improved contrast with high spatial frequencies, for a better resolution in shorter time.
Smart EPU software with EPU Multigrid allows data collection over many days to maximize the microscope efficiency with automatic acquisitions on multiple grids.
